In case of loss, you can contact our customer service at info@ticinopass.ch to request a replacement pass for a fee. The lost pass will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use.

Le pass est valable à partir du début officiel de la saison d’hiver, le 30 novembre 2024, et ce jusqu’à la fin de la saison, généralement le 15 avril 2025. Les dates exactes peuvent varier en fonction des conditions d’enneigement.
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after your purchase. Keycards will start shipping after November 15th, and will arrive at the address you provided in time for the start of the ski season. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your keycard is on its way.
For purchases made after 20.11.2024, the mailing of the new keycards and the carnet for free day passes in Disentis will be sent within 10 days after the date of purchase.
